Performance Pilates is designed for both athletes and individuals wishing to improve their conditioning and appearance. This program will help develop core control, improve posture, build strength without bulk, increase flexibility and agility as well as your mind/body connection to increase reaction time.

Performance Pilates Attire
• Participants should wear comfortable clothing. Avoid bulky, baggy clothing and jewelry for proper safety.
• Bring a towel and water bottle to all classes.

Performance Pilates Class Price and Schedule
Members: $20/class
Non-Member $25/class

How to take advantage of our classes:
• Class participants must complete a minimum of one private session prior to beginning class to demonstrate both machine and exercise safety at all times during classes. Additional privates may be recommended by class instructors to unsafe participants.

How to make class reservations:
• Group classes are limited to 6 participants.
• Reservations may be made with member services in person or at 214.820.2791.
• Only 4 weeks of reservations will be accepted at one time.
• 24 hour notice required for all cancellations; late cancellations or no-shows will be charged full price for the class session.
