Fitness Testing

Find out where you stand. A fitness assessment will provide you with your baseline level of fitness. We’ll test your muscular strength and cardiovascular and muscular endurance, and measure your body composition. Your goals will be based on real data. So you can achieve real results.

Advanced Metabolic Testing

Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR): Struggling to lose weight or improve your body composition? A simple 30-minute assessment,
the RMR, provides you with your caloric requirements at rest. This test can also determine what percentage of calories burned
are coming from fat and what percentage are coming from carbohydrate. It gives you the tools you need to achieve and
maintain your healthiest weight ever.

Exercise Assessment (VO2 Sub Max Test): Knowing and training at your body’s target heart rate is the key to an efficient and
effective workout plan. Performed on your favorite cardiovascular equipment, this assessment measures your body’s response
to exercise. The data provides the basis for an individualized 12-week cardiovascular training program that fits your physiology
like a glove.
