FIT Club is a 6-week program that focuses on improving fitness and body composition.
The workouts incorporate strength training exercises with heart-pumping cardio moves.
The small group setting allows the instructor to help with exercise technique and make modifications to meet the needs of all participants.
- Commit for 6 weeks
- Sessions meet Tuesdays/Thursdays at 6am-7am in Studio B
- Pre- and post-program assessments, including circumference measurements and body composition
- $360 Members
- $450 NonMembers
- 3 participant minimum and 6 participant maximum
- Trial Sessions Tuesday, May 15th and Thursday, May 17th
- Open Registration May 15th – May 21st
- Program begins Tuesday, May 22nd and runs through Thursday, June 28th
