The mission of Baylor Tom Landry Fitness Center - Multi-Sport Personal Coaching is to provide endurance athletes who seek the absolute pinnacle in service and expertise by working directly with one of our certified coaches.

Coaching Plans
Your initial meeting with your coach will be for an athlete interview and assessment ($100). The purpose of this consultation is to perform a full assessment of medical history, exercise history, biomechanics, strengths/weaknesses, setting goals/objectives, and sport specific assessments. This may include video analysis. (90-120min)

Bronze Plan- $155 monthly
  • Annual Training Plan Development
  • Bi-weekly Training Plan
  • Discounts on other Multi-Sport services.

Silver Plan- $225 monthly
  • Annual Training Plan Development
  • Bi-weekly Training Plan
  • (1)-1 Hr One on One session with your coach.
  • Weekly Phone Conversation with your coach initiated by you.
  • Discounts on other Multi-Sport services.

Gold Plan- $295 monthly
  • Annual Training Plan Development
  • Bi-weekly Training Plan
  • (2)- 1 Hr One on One sessions with your coach per month.
  • Weekly Phone Conversation with your coach initiated by you.
  • Discounts on other Multi-Sport services.

Platinum Plan- $425 monthly
  • Annual Training Plan Development
  • Bi-weekly Training Plan
  • (4)- 1 Hr One on One sessions with your coach per month.
  • Weekly Phone Conversation with your coach initiated by you.
  • Discounts on other Multi-Sport services.

Additional One on One Coaching Sessions- $85/ hour
