At the Baylor Tom Landry Fitness Center, we have a 12-week weight management program to help you get fit eat healthy and enjoy life.

The program includes:
  • 3 one-on-one Nutrition sessions with a Registered Dietician
  • 3 Fitness Assessments (test cardiovascular endurance, body composition, heart rate, blood pressure) with a Exercise Specialist
  • 7 one-on-one Exercise Training sessions with a Exercise Specialist
  • 2 Cholesterol/Blood Work Screenings
  • "A Journey of Fitness" Booklet which includes: Goal Setting Information and Worksheet, 12-Week Walking Program, Personal Pedometer, At-Home Workout Program, Exercise Band, Free Weight (Dumbbell) Workout Program, Nutritional Journal, and Exercise & Safety Tips
  • Access to the Baylor Tom Landry Fitness Center for 12 Weeks
  • Optional Support Group Meetings and Activities
Schedule:
1st week: Nutrition Session #1 & Cholesterol screening #1
2nd week: Fitness Assessment #1
3rd week: Exercise Training Session #1
4th week: Exercise Training Session #2
5th week: Exercise Training Session #3 & Nutrition Session #2
6th week: Fitness Assessment #2
7th week: Exercise Training Session #4
8th week: Exercise Training Session #5
9th week: Nutrition Session #3
10th week: Exercise Training Session #6
11th week: Exercise Training Session #7
12th week: Fitness Assessment #3 & Cholesterol screening #2 (optional Nutrition session for an extra fee)

Fees:
Members: $729.00 (Can pay up front or in 3-monthly EFT payments of $243.00)
Non-members: $879.00 (Payable in 3-monthly EFT payments of $293.00) or $829.00 (paid up-front in full)
