Water Works/Land Works Goals:
- Increase range of motion, muscle strength and overall endurance
- Improve balance, posture, and coordination
- Encourage social interaction
- Reduce joint pain
There is no need to know how to swim while exercising in water. Our 89°-degree pool is 3.5' - 4' deep allowing your hair to remain dry.
*Participants have the option of participating in only the land classes, only the water classes, or choose to combine the two within each purchased session package.
