This program is designed to enhance the tasks of daily living in aging adults by educating people on how to take responsibility for their health through education and exercise.

Water Works/Land Works Goals:
  • Increase range of motion, muscle strength and overall endurance
  • Improve balance, posture, and coordination
  • Encourage social interaction
  • Reduce joint pain
Water Works/Land Works helps people remain active and involved while improving daily living skills through a series of land and water classes in a warm and safe environment.

There is no need to know how to swim while exercising in water. Our 89°-degree pool is 3.5' - 4' deep allowing your hair to remain dry.

*Participants have the option of participating in only the land classes, only the water classes, or choose to combine the two within each purchased session package.

Water Works M-W-F 10:30 a.m.
  M & W 1:30 p.m.
  T-Th-F 1:00 p.m.
  M-T-Th 6:30 p.m.
     
Land Works T & Th 11:00 a.m.
     
12 Classes for $80.00 Expires 6 months after date of purchase.
