The Baylor Tom Landry Fitness Center is the premier multi-sport training facility in North Texas, providing an all-encompassing multi-sport program specific to the needs of runners, cyclists, swimmers and tri-athletes. The Multi-sport program provides a first class comprehensive fitness facility for training which includes a two pool aquatic center, indoor and outdoor running tracks, indoor cycling classes and fully equipped weight and cardio areas. We also offer sport specific and multi-sport training programs, personal coaching, testing, and seminars/clinics.
As a member of the facility or the program, you have access to our coached swim, cycling (indoor/outdoor), and running workouts. In addition, you have the use of our extensive line of weight and cardiovascular equipment, clinics, Pilates, yoga, and membership discounts on training programs, personal coaching, testing, and nutritional services.

Swim workouts are held in our indoor 9 lane, heated, 25 meter pool. These coached led workouts cater to swimmers of all abilities. Whether you are a beginner wanting a fitness program, a lap swimmer wanting variety, or a tri-athlete wanting to improve your swimming splits, our coaches look forward to meeting you and helping you reach your fitness and swimming goals.
Cycling workouts are held indoors October - March and outdoors April- September. The program is designed for cyclists of all abilities. If you are new to cycling, it is a great place to improve your bike handling skills and fitness, and for the seasoned cyclist or tri-athlete, these sessions are formatted to improve your cycling proficiency and performance.
Run workouts are designed for runners of all levels - from novice to advanced and can help the athlete improve his or her running technique, economy, speed and strength through drills and interval training. These workouts utilize either our cushioned indoor track or the outdoor ¼ mile and ½ jogging trails in our 7-acre park.
Our 8000 square foot weight and cardiovascular area is equipped with advanced lines of weight and cardiovascular equipment that is available to the fitness industry.

If you are a self -motivated athlete with a goal event in mind, and are in need of a training plan, we have the solution. Select from any of our numerous training plans to fit your training needs. If we don't have a training program that fits your need, we will custom design one for you. We offer plans for all abilities in running, cycling, triathlon and other endurance services.
