Join Our Weight Management Program
Join our 12-week weight management program to help get fit, eat healthy and enjoy life.
The program includes:
> Three one-on-one nutrition assessments with a registered dietitian
> Three fitness assessments including cardiovascular, body composition, heart rate and blood pressure testing
> Seven one-on-one exercise training sessions with an Exercise Specialist
>Access to the fitness center for 12 weeks and much more.
